Customer Care Super-Hero

In KYKLO we believe that our customers are not strangers, they are our most valuable partners. Your role as customer service lead will be to delight our customers and become their trusted advisor. Your key focus will be our Net promoter Score and KYKLO customer retention.

  • Set up and execute the best customer care in the world:
  • Put a smile on our customer face.
  • Advise our customers on how to use KYKLO to succeed with their Online shop.
  • Respond promptly to customers enquiry (phone, email, direct chat)
  • Build, update and execute processes related to customer trials & onboarding: deliver trainings to customers via teleconference
  • Build, in line with Kyklo strategic plan a customer organization with a global reach: multiple languages and time zones
  • Build and update the FAQ and training documents for customers
  • Handle and resolve customer customer complaints with, if necessary, escalation to the respective department(s)
  • Build and execute processes related to customer engagement, fostering usage of Intercom instead of other communication modes
  • Grow scope of responsibilities to reach a Customer Care Manager level within 6-9 months.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Thai written and oral proficiency is considered a plus.
  • Excellent people skills. You need to love people!
  • Bachelor degree
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Experience (1-2 years) in similar role and industry
  • Computer literate (Ms Excel, Internet, Email, Intercom, Zendesk)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Can-do attitude and strong work ethic
