Support Operator (Bead)
atContinental Automotive (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Skillfully operate machines in Cold Preparation production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift.
- Arrange carrier, e.g. cassette flow to handle stock of output.
- Check and confirm correctness of details and quantity on the identification tag.
- Understand types of defect and realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect. And report the problem during operation.
- Understand system such as eWM, CGMS, Scrap booking and realize to avoid input incorrect data.
- Understand machine and reqalize to avoid making non-conform when machine has problem or break down and report the abnormal to be solved.
- Understand and use measurement tools proficiently. Measure and monitor the parameters following the topics as defined in standard.
- Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development.
- Utilize given resources worthily.
