- นำเสนอและคัดเลือกสินค้าทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้า
- สัญชาติไทย อายุระหว่าง 25-40 ปี
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่าทุกสาขา หากเป็นสาขาการตลาด หรือ การเงินจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานขั้นต่ำ 2 – 3 ปี
- หากมีพื้นฐานงานด้านการเงินและมีใบอนุญาตขายหลักทรัพย์ (SINGLE LICENSE) หรืองานด้านการตลาดมาก่อนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทัศนคติที่ยืดหยุ่น และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ
- มีความกระตือรือร้นสูง และมีความเป็นผู้ใหญ่มากพอที่จะตัดสินใจได้ด้วยตนเอง
