IMPACT Member Card Executive
atImpact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.Reception and provide services for member card in VIP Lounge.
- Preparing for document, equipment, and readiness of VIP Lounge.
- Support the activities for increasing the sales of new member card.
- Involve in the team to create the activities for member card.
- Creating the new idea for innovation to support service and working place.
- Bachelor's degree in Service industry or related fields.
- As least 1 year experience in Customer Service in VIP Lounge or member cards/ Hotel's Lounge/Airline's Lounge.
- Age 22-35 years old.
- Good Personality.
- Good service mind is a must.
- Be able to assist and help customers solving problems.
- Be able to work under pressure and respect other people.
- Be able to work on weekend and over time.
- Computer literacy such as Microsoft Office.
- Good command of spoken and written English.(TOEIC score 500)
