เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนปรึกษากฎหมายและสัญญา
atKasikorn Leasing Co., Ltd. (KLeasing)- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมาย รวมทั้งจัดเตรียมและให้ความเห็นเกี่ยวกับสัญญาแก่กลุ่มธุรกิจทางการเงินของบริษัทฯ ได้อย่างถูกต้องรัดกุม ชัดเจน และรวดเร็ว
- ให้คำปรึกษาข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวกับงานด้านคดีความและการดำเนินคดี โดยเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวกับหน่วยงานของรัฐ และลูกค้า ของบริษัทฯ
- ร่างหนังสือสัญญาหรือบันทึกข้อตกลงต่าง ๆ ทั้งในส่วนของสัญญาทางธุรกิจ สัญญาทั่วไป
- ศึกษา และติดตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนดและกฎเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ
- กำกับดูแลและประสานงานในส่วนของคดีพิเศษ ทั้งในคดีแพ่ง คดีอาญา และคดีล้มละลาย (นอกเหนือจากคดีเช่าซื้อทั่วไปที่บริษัทฯ ได้มอบหมายให้ฝ่ายกฎหมายธนาคารกสิกรไทยเป็นผู้ดำเนินการ) ทั้งนี้ในบางกรณีจะเป็นผู้ดำเนินการว่าความด้วยตนเอง
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 25 - 30 ปี
- จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี / โท คณะนิติศาสตร์ และมีตั๋วทนาย *
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านกฎหมายมาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี มีประสบการณ์ด้านการว่าความจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจการเงิน / เช่าซื้อ / ลีสซิ่ง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีทักษะในการร่างหนังสือหรือสัญญา ถ้ามีความรู้ด้านการอ่าน เขียน การแปลสัญญาภาษาอังกฤษจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
