Job Purposes

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to design solutions by multiple business units requirement. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire system development process from inception to completion.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Handle projects related to multiple business units.

Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.

Perform work based on defined processes and provide feedback on process improvements as appropriate.

Co-operate with a leader in estimation effort, developing plan/schedule, and performing tasks according to the plan.

Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

At least 3 - 10 years 'experience in Programmer/software development and system Analyst using .NET platform, OOP, Web application.

Have skill on SQL Server (Query, Stored procedure, Function).

Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.

Systematic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, and willing to contribute and work as a team.

Ability to work on multiple tasks /projects and prioritize tasks or projects.

Able to communicate in English.

Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
