Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand sales opportunities in

OEM and Food Service

channels.

Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts.

Manage OEM and new product development projects from customer requirements through commercial production.

Collaborate with R&D, Production, QA, and Supply Chain to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and close sales opportunities.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular business performance reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.

Minimum

5 years of experience

in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.

Experience in

OEM, Food Service, Food Manufacturing, Dairy, Ice Cream, Bakery, Beverage, or Food Ingredients

industries.

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers.

Able to work at the
