Job Purpose:

To manage M&A transaction processes and support the company's local and international expansion by conducting research, due diligence (tax, finance, and legal), financial analysis, and presenting findings to senior management. The role also involves coordinating with crossfunctional teams and building relationships with portfolio companies and other business units.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Perform Tax and Financial Analysis

In-depth tax studies for transaction structures in Europe Projects.

Valuation analyses and project feasibility studies.

Manage M&A Transaction Processes

Successfully coordinated M&A transactions.

Completed local and overseas projects.

Conduct presentation to C-Suite Management

Build and Maintain Relationships

Strong relationships with portfolio companies and business units.

Effective cross-functional team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master's Degree in MBA, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.

At least 3 years' experience in Investment/ Investment Banking / Management Consulting at major private equity funds, venture capital funds, banks, investment banks, or management consulting firms.

Strong knowledge of competencies in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, CPA/CFA license is a plus

Good knowledge of retail business as well as a good understanding of customer development.

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken both in Thai and English.
