- Design, develop, and test prototypes, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Document and present research findings, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of ethical and professional conduct.

Must-Have:
- A strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for research and development.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and critical thinking, with the ability to approach challenges creatively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in diverse teams.
- 3+ years of mechanical design experience in product development, validation, reliability, or manufacturing environments.
