- วางแผนพัฒนาบุคคลากรร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก่พนักงานและหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ ในการปรับปรุงระบบการทำงานเพื่อผลิตภาพของหน่วยงาน
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาวิชาจิตวิทยา รัฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีบุคลิกภาพ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน HR Business Partner หรือสายงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
