Senior Collection Officer

atSiam City Cement PCL

Siam City Cement Public Company Limited is looking for a Senior Collection Officer to join our team.

  • Review, verify and ensure that all collection transactions are recorded correctly and timely
  • Support and ensure that the collection can be accessed and serve all customer payments
  • Communicate, encourage and educate modern payment channels to customers
  • Monitor and support CRM cases as well as respond on time
  • Implement project in relations to web collection processes to all group's companies
  • Support group business expansion and growth's initiative as assigned
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Bachelor Degree of Finance or Accounting
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Collection or Account Receivable (AR) role
  • Knowledge of Banking system and SAP AR module
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Details oriented with high accuracy to numbers
  • TOEIC Score 550
