The Supply Chain Manager will improve coordination, productivity, and efficiency of international sourcing and new product registration in Thailand. The position will act as the center of coordination for ensuring new product launch deadlines are met, and international supply relations and purchasing are smooth.

• Coordinate purchases for international sourcing
• Coordinate all company certificates and documents relating to importation of international goods
• Coordinate necessary documents needed for FDA registration of newly developed and newly sourced goods
• Coordinate other certification processes as needed
• Coordinate between other relevant departments for the acceleration of new product development, including the Kitchen, Marketing and Management.
• Identifying and communicating bottlenecks, problems, root causes and recommended solutions
• Long term planning for document preparation for each import inspection of goods
• Coordinate with overseas representatives
• Assist management with preparing forecasts and communicating projections to international suppliers
• Provide guidance to ensure maximum productivity in inventory management and logistics
• Increase efficiencies to avoid inventory stock outs
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarding companies to ensure smooth custom clearance and delivery to DCs
• Coordinate with QSR Area Manager, Office Manager, and Suppliers to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
• Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand logistics and inventory perspectives and relevant trends

• 2-years experiences related experience
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including senior management
• Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items
• Basic understanding of accounting or finance
• Must be able to comprehend legal documents
• Strong communication skills and the drive to build lasting relationships with people all over the world
• Ability to use Microsoft NAV, Excel, Outlook, Word applications
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Native Thai speaker, Proficient in English Preferred
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Preferred Knowledge / sales experience with healthy foods / frozen foods / nutrition
• Preferred advanced business degree (MBA / Supply Chain / Operations Management)
• Preferred International experience
