On-Prem Sales Manager

atVitatrade Co., Ltd.

This position will manage and expand all food service accounts, driving sales to customers such as cafes and restaurants. The position will be responsible for both client acquisition and after sales service.

  • Manage all country-wide (Thailand) on-prem customers and team members
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Achieve / exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting key client relationships
  • Effectively communicate sales initiatives within the team and to management
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, specifically with restaurants, cafes and QSRs
  • Preparing necessary sales and client service budgets
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts to the senior management team, including sales analytics for data-driven strategy
  • Promotion planning based on annual brand marketing plans
  • Working together with the Marketing Manager to communicate and execute marketing materials, events, advertising etc.
  • Maintaining a proactive strategy for entering new markets and suggesting new complimentary products
  • Providing proactive projections and pipeline planning
  • 5 years sales or client service experience with strong communication instincts and track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Relevant sales experience in F&B
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including senior management
  • Proven ability to drive the full sales process from planning to closing
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Native Thai speaker, Proficient in English
  • Team player, highly motivated, highly self-organized and self-directed
  • Self-Motivated and ambitious with social and outgoing personality
  • Willing to adapt to the hours and schedule of clientele
  • Experience and ability to utilize inventory and CRM systems
