Job position

Troubleshooting system and network problems Improve & Implement all infrastructure system (Head office & Branch) Performance, monitoring, tuning, best practices Coordinate with related team to setup and implement infrastructure based on design

Responsibilities

• Serves all infrastructure business requested, perform complex problem diagnosis or problem resolution
• Monitoring test and maintain for LAN, WAN, in ways that optimize performance
• Managing all asset of infrastructure functional as such computer, hardware, server and network
• Installing for appropriate function software
• Setup all workstations for computer and necessary peripheral devices
• Maintain of security, firewalls, anti-virus and email 365 systems
• Maintain of records or logs of repairs fixes and maintenance schedule
• Ensure all security and privacy networks system
• Identify computer network of related equipment
• Managing priorities workflow with IT vendors to follow up any issue and solved the related problem
• Coordinate with regional it team for support project assignment and maintain priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology and any field
• At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure, network and server system
• Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365
• Experience in VMWare product and will be an advantage
• Experience in Firewall configuration Palo Alto will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Good communication skills in English will be an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure
