Job position

To manage and execute approved internal audit plan including follow up and report the status of audit issues related to Group Audit.

Responsibilities

• Assist IA Manager to manage and execute approved internal audit plan including follow up and report the status of audit issues related to Group Audit.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls of business processes and align with the group policies and procedures.
• Review the systems established to ensure compliance with those policies, plans, procedures, laws, and regulations which could have a significant impact on operations and reports, and should determine whether the organization is in compliance.
• Review the means of safeguarding of assets and, as appropriate, verifying the existence of such assets, to protect them from losses of all kinds.
• Review and evaluate the procedures that are proper established and in place.
• Recommend an effective corrective action plan to Management to improve internal control and compliance.
• Report and communicate the findings and recommendations of the audits with the responsible Management
• Responsible for follow up with auditees to ensure that audit action/recommendations are properly closed as agreed on time.
• Follow up, update, coordinate and report the status of audit issues from Group Audit.
• Perform any special audit/investigation as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 5 years experience in internal audit with a multinational company.
• Male/Female aged over 25 years old.
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking.
• Highly self-starter, creativity.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Cross-functional, team player.
• Project management.
• Able to travel occasionally both domestic and overseas.
