• วางแผนด้านกำลังคน ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการผลิต
• ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต และควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในแผนกให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต และเป้าหมาย
• ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานให้กับพนักงานในฝ่ายผลิต
• ปฏิบัติงานภายใต้นโยบายของบริษัทฯ
• ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต และประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
