Network Engineer
atiNEXT broadbrand Co., Ltd.- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในส่วน Implementation หรือ Operation ด้าน Computer Network, Computer System สำหรับงาน Enterprise, Large Enterprise หรือ ISP
- มีประสบการณ์ Cisco, Huawei Router/Switch หรือ อุปกรณ์ Network อื่นๆ รวมทั้ง ระบบ Monitoring ต่างๆ เช่น Cacti, Weather Map, What’s Up Gold เป็นต้น
- ดูแล Incident และ Request ต่างๆ ในการให้บริการที่มี : Corporate Internet ,SSL certificate เป็นต้น ตลอดจนรักษาบริการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน MTTR และ SLA ที่ทำการตกลงกับลูกค้า ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลกระบวนการทำงานของกลุ่มงานปฏิบัติการให้เป็นไปตามมาตราฐาน ISO9001:2008 และ ISO27001:2005
- สนับสนุนงานบริการใหม่ๆ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายของผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ดำเนินการช่วยเหลือ วิเคราะห์ หรือเสนอแนวทางอันเป็นประโยชน์ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและสนับสนุนการขายแก่ ระบบเครือข่ายในโครงการ หรือ ระบบภายในบริษัท
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Vendor/Supplier ต่างๆ หรือฝ่ายงานอื่นๆ ในส่วนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- มี Certificate ทางด้าน Network เช่น CCNA / CCNP หรือ อื่นๆ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
