Progress Service Support provides support services for Kasikorn Bank's Customer Relation Center (K-Contact Center) by providing information of and help for KBank's customers.
As a call center representative, you'll be the friendly voice of the bank, providing exceptional service and support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' banking experience and help them navigate through any issues or questions they may have.

Job descriptions
- Provide general information relating to Banking Products
- Handle customer inquiries and solving problems of customers concerning products and services by telephone or E-mail
- Follow-up and co-ordinate with related departments to solve customers’ problems
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Service-minded, good personality, interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work in shift (5 days of working rotation / week)
- Experience in a call center or customer service will be an advantage - TOEIC : 550 up will be an advantage
