Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and workforce reports, including headcount, manpower movement, turnover, and workforce productivity.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze HR data to support workforce planning and management decisions.
  • Identify data gaps, trends, and key insights for HR and management review.
  • Maintain employee master data, organization structure, position data, and other HR system information.
  • Support system testing, issue tracking, user coordination, and follow-up with vendors or internal teams.
  • Help improve HR workflows and reduce manual work through better use of HR technology.
  • Support employee benefits administration, including eligibility checking, benefit records, and related reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, employees, and internal HR teams on benefit-related matters.
  • Support benefits communication and ensure smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy, data standards, and proper documentation.
  • Support process improvement projects related to HR data, systems, rewards, and workforce analytics.
  • Assist in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, HR operations, compensation & benefits, or related HR functions.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, HRIS, dashboard tools, or is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and technology.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.


Nice to Have

  • Interested in HR technology, people analytics, and process improvement.
  • Enjoys working with numbers, systems, and structured information.
  • Able to translate data into simple and useful insights.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects, process automation, or technology-driven process improvement will be an advantage.
  • Passionate about AI and interested in exploring new technologies to improve HR processes and ways of working.
  • Proactive, responsible, and open to learning new tools or better ways of working.
