[BBGI] Corporate Office Management Manager (Under BBGI PCL.)

- Plan and manage corporate administration, annual budgets, resources, and service standards.
Oversee office facilities and workplace services, including meeting rooms, utilities, office equipment, housekeeping, security, transportation, document delivery, reception, and corporate activities.
Manage procurement, contracts, vendors, outsourced services, and SLAs, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, transparency, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage company assets, office equipment, IT assets, hardware, software licenses, maintenance, transfers, and asset records.
- Oversee document and records management and provide professional support for executive meetings, business travel, visitors, and key corporate activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, office safety requirements, PDPA, internal audit, risk management, and relevant regulations.
Drive process improvement and digital administration, utilizing Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and digital tracking tools to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the corporate administration team and coordinate effectively with executives, internal functions, group companies, vendors, and government agencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Political Science, Office Management, General Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
8–10 years of experience in Corporate Administration, Office Management, Facility Management, or Shared Services, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong experience in budget and cost management, procurement, contract administration, vendor/outsource management, and office/facility services.
- Knowledge of asset management, office safety, PDPA, compliance, internal audit requirements, and service-level management.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or related digital tools.
- Strong planning, negotiation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Service-minded, detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information professionally
- Willing and able to travel regularly to the Company’s plants and operational sites in other provinces as required.
