Retail Channel Manager

atQNAP Southeast Asia Co., Ltd.

We are looking for a Retail Channel Manager who is responsible for driving sales within a particular channel and to help maximise revenue opportunities with channel partners.

Our ideal candidate is able to to work with sales team to achieve sales and profit goals by selling goods and services through resellers/channels. Identifies and approaches key or strategic partners and sets short- and long-term channel strategies.

If you have good business management skills with a passion for sales strategies, we want to meet you.

  • Implementing monthly/quarterly business and marketing plans set out together by sales and marketing team.
  • Responsible for business development for accounts service and support.
  • Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advise products.
  • Regularly meeting and communicate with counterparts and/or partner organization.
  • Identifying and generating business with new potential channel partners.
  • Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with existing customers and partners.
  • Managing and developing ideas with marketing team for monthly/quarterly promotional marketing campaigns
  • Briefing and working with agency staffs, creative teams or production departments.
  • Provide up-to-date products and solutions presentation to channel partners.
  • To analyze stock availability and movement to plan for execution of promotional and sales activities.
  • Male/Female, Age 25 years and above
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related fields, Business Administration is preferred
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Business Development and/or Channel Management
  • Having working experience in IT business is a huge advantage
  • Interested in Technology or Lifestyle would be a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Good presentation skills
  • High responsible and hardworking
  • Can work well with others as a team player
  • Willing to travel upcountry sometimes
  • Willing to work on weekends when necessary
