Responsibilities :

• Draft , review , and negotiate legal documents , agreement , including , lease , platform , supplier , loan , marketing , and service agreements , MOU , and NDAS.
• Assistant with translation ， and update existing template.
• Provide legal advices on issues and operations renting to the group company business activities.
• Conduct legal research on various subject including e-commerce , financial technology , intellectual property , data protection , consumer protection.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations for the operations in the organization.
• Perform other duties as designed by management teams.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or Master degree in law.
• 2-4 years experience in legal, experience in E-commerce, Fintech.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, Fluency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
