• Analyze the needs of the user and design solutions to meet those needs within the SAP MM system.
• Provide support to users and troubleshoot any issues with the SAP MM system.
• Perform configuration and testing activities within the SAP MM module.
• Recommend system enhancements and upgrades for improved functionality.
• Document all SAP MM procedures and systems as a reference for future troubleshooting and updates.
• Work closely with developers and other analysts to ensure integration with other SAP modules.
• Provide user training and support documentation for the SAP MM module.
• Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in the SAP system to ensure the organization's processes are current and effective.
• Participate in the implementation of new projects and enhancements related to the SAP MM system.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP MM.
• Knowledge and experience in Configuration, RICEF, Debugging ABAP programming.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and user support management skills.
