Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mold Process & EOL Engineer to oversee, maintain, and optimize our mold and End-of-Line (EOL) manufacturing processes. In this role, you will drive yield and quality improvement, minimize production downtime, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize production capacity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Mold Process & EOL Engineering

• Support and monitor mold process performance in production.

• Control mold parameters and optimize process conditions to improve quality and yield.

• Support EOL processes including trim & form, singulation, plating, marking, inspection, and final visual inspection.

• Monitor EOL equipment performance, utilization, and production efficiency.

• Troubleshoot process and machine issues to minimize downtime and production impact.

• Support mold tooling setup, qualification, and maintenance activities.

• Support implementation of automation and process optimization projects.

• Yield & Quality Improvement

• Analyze production yield and defect trends to reduce scrap.

• Lead continuous improvement activities to improve productivity.

• Analyze mold defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Support root cause analysis using 8D, Fishbone, Why-Why, or other problem-solving methodologies.

• Monitor SPC (Statistical Process Control) data and process stability.

• Support customer audits and internal quality audits.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and manufacturing standards.

• Production & Capacity Support

• Coordinate production support to achieve OTD (On-Time Delivery) and loading requirements.

• Support manpower and machine capacity analysis.

• Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) flow and identify production bottlenecks.

• Support urgent lot handling and escalation management.

• Coordinate with QA, Production, and Maintenance teams for process improvement.

• Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and engineering reports.

• Maintain process specifications, yield reports, and machine performance analysis.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in mold process, EOL process, or semiconductor manufacturing.

• Experience in semiconductor assembly or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of mold, trim & form, plating, package saw, marking, and inspection processes.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve production line issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Soft Skills & General Attributes

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and actively support fast-paced production activities.

• Good English communication and report writing skills.
