What's your role in the team?

• Continuously monitoring the overall end-to-end seller operations performance to achieve the most efficient processes and cost through intelligent data analysis.
• Control Tower for all seller's operations performance – control and monitoring, reporting
• Development of KPI performance & analysis reports and dashboards.
• Analyze KPI performance of Seller Operations against targets as well as trend analysis.
• Structure seller's operations Performance Review and feedback to Key Account Manager and Seller.
• Escalate and follow up the seller system issue with internal Pomelo's tech support.
• Work with cross functional teams inside and outside of Operations to optimize end-to-end seller processes
• Work with sellers to diagnose seller-related operational challenges and develop improvement plans

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, and all other related degrees
• 0-2 years experience in data analysis, operational management, and seller management related field.
• Experienced in working among multi-cultural & remote team members.
• Knowledge in supply chain, in particularly e-commerce and retail space will be advantageous.
• Number sensitive personality, extremely data driven with strong analytical skill
• Very tech-savvy & highly exposed to online world.
• Intermediate Level proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent, multi-tasker, energetic & adapt well in a fast-paced startup culture.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with several sellers
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to try different things and think out of the box
