About the Role

TTA Group's IT team is looking for a Developer Analyst to join our Shared IT Services function, supporting system development, integration, and technical operations across TTA and its subsidiaries. You'll work hands-on with SAP ABAP, SQL, APIs, and BI tools while collaborating with business users, vendors, and IT teams' group-wide to keep our systems running smoothly and evolving with the business.

What You'll Do

Application Development & Integration

• Develop and maintain custom SAP ABAP programs, enhancements (User Exits, BADIs), and reports

• Write, debug, and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction, validation, and transformation

• Build and maintain system-to-system integrations via APIs, web services, or file-based methods

• Support backend development for internal and subsidiary web applications (PHP, WordPress, JavaScript, etc.)

• Participate in designing and deploying data pipelines for reporting/BI platforms

• Ensure development work complies with IT coding, security, and data handling standards

Technical Design & Collaboration

• Translate system requirements into technical design and architecture

• Validate technical feasibility with Application and System Analysts

• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure compliance with standards

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (specs, data mapping, interface details, API usage)

Operations & Support

• Perform daily system and job monitoring (background jobs, interfaces, data loads)

• Validate integration logs and data consistency between SAP and connected systems

• Handle support tickets and recurring issue analysis, with root-cause investigation for complex issues

• Provide technical support to subsidiaries in coordination with other IT teams

Collaboration & Projects

• Work with IT Internal teams (Infra, Application, Security) and subsidiaries under the shared IT model

• Support assigned ad-hoc tasks and project initiatives from IT Management

• Participate in cross-company rollouts, POCs, or audit-driven projects

• Share knowledge through internal training sessions

What We're Looking For

• Experience in software development (full-time, internship, academic projects, or personal initiatives) with the ability to write structured, efficient code

• Hands-on experience with SQL and database management — writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries for data retrieval, transformation, and reporting

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI (dashboards, reporting, data analysis), even from university projects or self-learning

• Basic understanding of ERP systems and data structures, particularly SAP FI/MM or similar enterprise applications

• Experience debugging and troubleshooting code from academic projects, coding competitions, or internships

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C#)

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent)

Work Details

• Location: TTA Head Office, Bangkok, Thailand (Near BTS Chidlom)

• Hours: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours during major deployments or urgent issue resolution

• Tools used: SAP GUI, SQL/ABAP IDEs, API tools, Power BI, remote access systems
