About the role

Provide comprehensive IT support to employees, internal departments, tenants, and relevant users both on-site and remotely. This role encompasses helpdesk support, network management, retail and mall IT systems, CCTV and security systems, hardware and software management, and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees, internal departments, tenants, and relevant users both on-site and remotely

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment

• Provide technical assistance and guidance on software, Microsoft Office, email, and other business applications

• Receive, track, and document IT support requests and ensure timely resolution

• Provide on-site support for urgent IT issues when required

• Monitor and provide basic support for LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, routers, and switches

• Troubleshoot network and Internet connectivity issues

• Provide support for POS systems, receipt printers, and related IT equipment used by tenants and business units

• Perform basic monitoring and troubleshooting of CCTV systems to ensure proper operation

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

About you

• Ability to provide IT support both on-site and remotely

• Technical knowledge of computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and IT equipment

• Knowledge of software, Microsoft Office, email, and business applications

• Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, routers, and switches

• Familiarity with POS systems and retail IT equipment

• Basic knowledge of CCTV and access control systems

• Experience with IT asset inventory management and software license monitoring

• Ability to coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, and external contractors

• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
