Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand Purpose: Oversee all technical operations including mechanical, electrical, and critical systems, ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and performance of data center infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Manage technical team including electrical, mechanical, and specialist engineers Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis Develop and maintain technical SOPs and work instructions Plan and execute system upgrades and modifications Ensure adherence to change management procedures Coordinate with clients on technical requirements and incidents Manage capacity planning and infrastructure optimization Oversee commissioning of new equipment and systems Maintain technical documentation and as-built drawings Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives Job Specification Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field Master's degree preferred Experience: Minimum 8 years in technical operations, with at least 4 years in supervisory role Extensive data center or mission-critical facility experience required Experience with UPS, cooling systems, generators, and BMS Skills & Competencies: Deep technical knowledge of data center infrastructure Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Project management capabilities Understanding of ITIL and change management processes Proficiency in CMMS and technical documentation systems Certifications (Preferred): Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) PMP or equivalent project management certification Language: Fluent in Thai and English Location: On-site –Bangkok, THA If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
