About the role

We are seeking an experienced

Store Manager

to join MAP Active Adiperkasa Ltd. in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. This is a

full-time position

that offers a strategic opportunity to lead and manage retail store operations within the retail and consumer goods sector. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance, staff management, and customer service excellence. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, maintaining operational standards, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers whilst representing the brand values of MAP Active Adiperkasa Ltd.

What you'll be doing

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling

Lead, motivate and manage store staff, providing training, performance feedback and career development opportunities

Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying trends and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, merchandising and visual presentation in line with brand guidelines

Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment and conduct regular stock audits to minimise shrinkage

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly

Implement and maintain health, safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Control operating expenses and manage the store budget effectively whilst maximising profitability

Liaise with head office and other departments to communicate store performance, feedback and recommendations

Conduct staff recruitment, training and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of retail store management experience, preferably in the fashion, sporting goods or consumer retail sector

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing store profitability

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and customers

Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software

Sound knowledge of inventory management, merchandising and visual display principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Knowledge of retail compliance, health and safety regulations

Fluency in English and Thai is preferred; additional language skills are advantageous

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or tertiary education is advantageous
