ESSENTIAL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create internal content (i.e., toolkits, articles, digital signage, newsletters, etc.) that engages our factory-based employees to ensure they have relevant information and updates.

• Work with Global Operations Leaders to support their team communications and programs (i.e., all-hands decks, talking points, recognition programs, learning & development forums, etc.)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Communications, Leadership, etc.) to ensure consistency and alignment of translated content with company goals and values.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of internal communications experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.

• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written), with strong grammar and comprehension skills.

• Familiarity with terminology related to electronics, mechanical engineering, or data storage technologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong understanding of Thai cultural and business norms.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to convey tone, intent, and context accurately.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

SKILLS:

• Experience working in a multinational manufacturing company.

• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Ability to adapt language for different audiences (e.g., technicians, engineers, executives).
