Role & Responsibilities:

• Assume the role of the mechanical designer responsibility, in the area of part/product quality and testing assurance.

• Perform project scheduling, costing & quality plan & strategy.

• Communication with customer for product specification & design.

• Coordinate with QE/Safety member regarding testing procedure & specification to ensure product is tested correctly.

• Design & develop mechanical enclosure & packaging for power supply unit.

• Create drawing, Bill of Material, Operation Standard for assembly & qualification of part design. Support Power Supply making process during development cycle on mechanical issue.

• Technical support for DET model introduction, in term part quality & PSU assembly matter.

• Issue & update document for design change, revise drawing & issue design change notice

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or other related field

• At least 1 years of working experience in automation machine design or development

• Computer expertise: Solid Work, inventor, AutoCAD 3D and 2D Drawing

• Excellent time management skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English, able to speak in Chinese is a plus
