Job Purposes

Provide support to set up strategies and processes for property development, including monitoring overall operations and operating cost of the development for both of current and new facilities and buildings, to support business operations effectively, aligning with organization's goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze important data for setting and developing policies, strategies, plans, annual budget, and processes for property development to underpin service excellence and long-term sustainability of the organization

• Implement property strategies and directions to research and analysis for construction rules, along with arrangement, schedules, and accurate and comprehensive documentation, to improve and maximize each property benefits

• Monitor end-to-end real estate related process to develop facilities and buildings, to support organizational operations effectively

• Provide advice, recommendations, and problem solving about property development to internal and external functions to support business operations effectively

• Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions in operations of property development

• Monitor making reports to summarize overall property development to analyze and improve the performance of staffs and managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field

• Minimum of 5-7 years of responsible experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management

• Understand property development and setup

• Have skill of management and communication

• Have analytical skill

• Be able to coordinate

• Be creative
