Job Description

  1. Drive Corporate Communication Strategy: Develop and implement corporate communication plans to enhance Ajinomoto Thailand’s reputation and stakeholder trust. Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels, supporting key initiatives such as sustainability, corporate branding, and executive visibility. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align communications with corporate values and strategic goals.

  2. Lead and Execute Media Relations Strategy: Plan, manage, and supervise media relations activities to enhance Ajinomoto Thailand’s corporate image and support overall communication objectives. This includes overseeing the development of media materials (e.g., press releases, press kits, corporate videos), organizing media events (e.g., press conferences, interviews, media visits), and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure impactful execution.

  3. Lead and Execute Communication Campaigns: Plan and coordinate communication campaigns targeting external audiences—including corporate advertising across various media channels, KOL endorsements, and public events—to strengthen brand awareness and reinforce Ajinomoto Thailand’s corporate positioning. Collaborate closely with creative and media agencies to ensure message consistency, on-time execution, and effective budget management.

  4. Manage Media Relationships and Contact Database: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with media professionals across various channels. Manage and regularly update the press and media contact database to ensure effective outreach, engagement, and long-term relationship management.

  5. Monitor Media and Analyze Results: Track media coverage and key touchpoints; analyze data to evaluate communication effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement. Ensure proactive reputation management.

  6. Support Crisis Communications: Assist in the development and implementation of crisis communication plans, ensuring readiness and timely response during critical situations.

  7. Support Internal Processes and Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with ISO documentation, compliance, and general administrative tasks within the department. Additionally, take on other responsibilities or special assignments as required to support departmental operations and goals.

 

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Marketing Communications, Arts or related field.

  • Experiences at 3-5 years in Public Relations of FMCG or consumer goods or related field such as Marketing, Communications, and Digital Marketing or related fields. (experiences in food industry or FMCG will be advantage)

  • Able to plan and manage projects with a strategic mindset; setting clear priorities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that each step of the project contributes to long-term success.

  • Ability to craft and deliver clear, engaging messages across various formats and audiences

  • Digital Skills to use digital tools and software such as Microsoft Office, and some of Generative AI tools

  • Media Skills to understand how to use social media platforms and KOL tools to support media relations and communication activities.

  • Proactive, Self-Motivation, Initiative, High Responsibility, Good Coordination, Fast Learner, Planning, and Logical thinking
