- Create detailed Range Architecture (by category, by product type, by month, by price cluster) for Thailand using 3-year historical analysis and inputs, Global & APAC BU Strategy
- Define total Range Architecture - inline and exclusives at channels and Key Accounts level
- Collect bottom up Seasonal, Quarterly, and Monthly range architecture and consolidate by Category & Channel
- Create Seasonal, Quarterly, and Monthly Top-Down range architecture through 3 years historical analysis by Category & Channel
- Track and analyze sell-through data to ensure fact-based decision-making for CTC
- Own, Track, Analyze, and Report Market range overlap
- Analyze pricing and support price harmonization with fact base input to CP
- Provide feedback/input to CTC team on current and future range structure
- Align with brand marketing calendar and CP to ensure accurate launch by month and efficient article flow in each season across categories
- Combine/validate category assortment plans from CP, and finalize into a holistic, full wholesale store formats including BLR assortment plan (width only)
- Manage multiple accounts range to hand over assortment plan to each account representative assortment planner
- Sense-check, feedback and confirm the final output of each wholesale store format against brand and commercial objectives (product type, launch flow, marketing calendar, mandatory range, retail space, consumer journey, etc.)
- Output all merchandising boards for all formats with a special focus on Global Key Accounts
- Handover assortment plans to Visual Merchandising team for output of visual merchandising renderings and wholesale Channel for store level planning and depth completion.
- Deliver category assortment plan presentations at Seasonal Sales Summit and provide material and support for Sales Training, Account Pre-lines, Trade Meeting
- Sample merchandising management together with CTC Category and VM for Sales Training, Account Pre-lines, Trade Meeting
- Track compliance of pre-order vs AP during Pre-order review SI & ST tracking & analysis across channels and product divisions especially for Campaigns ST 1D, 7D, 15D, 30D.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in range management/product, marketing, sales/retail required. Regional experience preferred.
- Good communication skill in English & Thai, both written and verbal with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient in MS Excel, Presentation skill and communications skills
- More than 2 years' experience in data analysis, MIS, or business reporting. Retail business knowledge is an advantage
- Understanding Database Concepts, procedure and excellent in data analytic tools (e.g. Excel, Access, Power BI, SQL, VBA, etc.)
- Using tools to extract & analyze data (especially SQL, Excel Macro, etc.)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Extensive knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target setting
- Passion for data-driven continuous quality improvement and organizational change
