• Design, develop and support scalable data foundations and Tableau analytics.
• Enable trusted, reusable data for self-service analytics and Salesforce AI.
• Ensure accuracy, maintainability, user adoption and business value.

2. หน้าที่รับผิดชอบประจำ (Main Accountability)

• Design analytical databases and reusable data models aligned with business requirements and future expansion.
• Build and maintain pipelines integrating SAP, Salesforce and manufacturing data, including Data 360 ingestion, transformation and quality controls.
• Establish shared KPI definitions, semantic models and governed Tableau data sources; implement Tableau Semantics where adopted.
• Develop and optimize dashboards allowing users to select dimensions and measures, filter and drill into details independently.
• Prepare and validate trusted data for Tableau AI and Agentforce use cases.
• Support users through Freshservice, meet agreed service targets, resolve issues and maintain knowledge articles.
• Maintain security controls, documentation and version history; train users and transfer knowledge.
• Apply basic project and change management, including planning, impact assessment, testing, user acceptance, release and handover.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.

• Experience

• 5+ years in BI, analytics engineering or data warehousing, including 3+ years of hands-on Tableau development.
• Proven delivery of analytical databases, multi-source integration and production dashboards.
• Hands-on Data 360/Data Cloud project experience.
• Experience gathering requirements, implementing changes and supporting users.

• Technical Skills

• Database & SQL: Hands-on database design, dimensional modeling, advanced SQL, historical data handling and query optimization.
• Tableau: Relationships, joins, LOD expressions, table calculations, parameters, actions and performance tuning.
• Data Platforms: Tableau Cloud/Server, published data sources, live connections, extracts and Data 360.
• Integration & Semantics: ETL/ELT, APIs, data quality controls, reusable metrics and semantic modeling.
• Delivery: Access controls, version control, troubleshooting and basic project and change management.

Qualifications

• Tableau–Data 360 integration; Tableau Next, Tableau Semantics or Tableau Agent project experience.
• SAP and manufacturing analytics experience.
• Relevant Tableau certification; Tableau Prep or cloud data platform experience.
• Experience with Freshservice.

• Language Skills

• Able to speak, read and write English for effective communication with international partners.
