Key Responsibilities:

• Support CI/CD pipeline operations and deployment activities using tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins

• Assist in managing cloud infrastructure and containerized environments (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes)

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues

• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system checks

• Support incident handling and escalate when necessary

• Provide basic IT support, including laptop setup

• Maintain documentation for systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Linux and command-line usage

• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins is an advantage

• Strong willingness to learn, with guidance and mentorship provided by experienced senior engineers

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
