IT Recruiter

Business: IT Outsourcing / IT RecruitmentJob Responsibilities

• Recruit IT professionals for Outsourcing Projects according to client requirements.

• Source potential candidates through various channels such as Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media, Referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical background, experience, salary expectations, and availability.

• Coordinate closely with the Sales / Account Management Team to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.

• Present qualified candidate profiles to the Sales team and clients within the required timeline.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on interview results.

• Handle salary negotiation, job offers, and candidate closing.

• Follow up with selected candidates throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start.

• Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment status in the internal system/database.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for frequently requested IT positions.

• Maintain good relationships with candidates and outsourced employees.

• Achieve individual recruitment targets and KPIs, such as CV submissions, interviews, placements, and successful hires.

Qualifications

Thai nationality only.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.

• At least 2 years experience in IT Recruitment / Recruitment Agency / IT Outsourcing is an advantage.

• Good understanding of IT positions and technologies such as Software Developer, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Software Tester/QA, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, etc.

• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude toward recruitment and candidate engagement.
