Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their requirements and create implementation plans

• Support software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions are configured and installed according to specifications

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of software solutions

• Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and create functional specifications

• Write and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, and system support

• Develop and maintain system design documents, including process flows and use cases

• Identify and troubleshoot software issues and work with technical teams to develop and implement solutions

• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including user manuals and training materials

• Provide user support, issue analysis, and post-implementation assistance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 0 - 5 years of experience in Software Implementation / Software Developer (New graduated are welcome)

• Strong knowledge of SQL query and relational databases

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL Query, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)

• Familiarity with APIs, and system integration concepts
