We are looking for a media communication team who will work closely with the Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) team at the Corporate and asset levels to develop and execute proactive internal and external communication campaigns.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate with requesters to determine their requirements, timescale, and budget
• Conceptualize in a realistic/semi-realistic style a character, a creature, and a setting, from the beginning phase of concept to the realization phase of final illustrations, including detailed technical charts (Turn-around/Materials)
• Conceptualize new ideas and incorporate them into new communication media or designs
• Develop and design various materials for internal or external communication by hand or using design software, including GIF poster
• Design with a creative mindset that is optimized for business requirements and with an acceptable quality level
• Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts
• Manage the communication project timeline and the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Coordinate with vendors or suppliers to provide outsourcing services following the company requirements
• Understand marketing psychology to maximize graphic designs for marketing
• Provide support to all departments under the Corporate SSHE Division and other Function Groups to develop SSHE communication materials, as requested
• Able to take on feedback from requesters and/or internal stakeholders for product optimization to meet their needs or requirements

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications Arts, Fine Arts, Design, Multimedia, or other related fields
• At least two (2) years of progressive experience in graphic design or a relevant field of work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.
• Mastery of illustration techniques (concept art, sketches, theory of color, image composition, light, etc.)
• Basic knowledge and experience in the video production pipeline
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines and high pressure
• Excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Good interpersonal, planning, organizing, and presenting skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Experience with content marketing, digital publication design, or administration works (PR/PO, stock management, etc.) is a plus.
