- This role leads the SEA Demand Planning and IBP strategy serving as the primary liaison between commercial teams, customers, and Supply Planning. - Experience: 8+ years of supply chain experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Demand Planning or a closely related strategic role.

- The Brand Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned brands within the B-F SEA Jack Daniel's portfolio. This includes developing the brand strategy, overseeing the implementation of all brand-building activities, and managing the necessary marketing tools and resources in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders. A core responsibility is to continuously measure and evaluate brand performance to ensure growth and establish a strong position for the brands within the B-F portfolio. This role requires effective stakeholder management, connecting and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain), key distributor partners, Regional and Global brand teams, and external agencies (Marketing, PR) and suppliers.

- Partner with multiple internal and external constituencies/stakeholders, including third party distributors, Area Manager, Market Managers (sales), Finance and Supply Chain teams in South East Asia, APAC Regional and Global brand teams, Marketing and PR agencies and other suppliers/business partners.
- Lead the implementation of new product development (NPD) for the Jack Daniel's Portfolio in South East Asia.
- Leverage Brown-Forman processes, frameworks and resources to understand customer, consumer, channel, and campaign insights for more informed decision-making & planning.
