• Support various activities in project management department.

• Coordinate with cross functional team; engineering, manufacturing, quality and logistics department during project development phase

• Support project manager to monitor and control project tasks to be on track

• Assist in project planning, meeting organizer and minute meeting records.

• Work closely with project managers or end user to identify business needs

• Support task as assigned by supervisors

• Current student in Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, project management or related field.

• Good at written and spoken English or Chinese

• Computer skill e.g., SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Word.

• Good knowledge in drawings, project management, communication skills, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently, team driven, multitasking, problem solving and enjoy international cooperation

• Please state your availability period for the internship (preferably those who can commit 4-12 months and can start as soon as possible).
