As a

Junior Audio Project Manager

, you'll play a key role in managing audio projects from initial planning through final delivery. You will coordinate closely with internal teams, voice talents, external partners, and clients while also taking a hands-on role in voiceover recording, audio editing, sound design, mixing, and quality control. You will also contribute to the day-to-day operation of the audio department through technical support and maintenance of studio equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Manage audio projects from inception to delivery, including timelines, budgets, resources, and coordination across teams.

Voiceover Recording and Direction:

Coordinate and participate in voiceover recording sessions across multiple languages. Provide clear direction and guidance to achieve recordings that meet client specifications and quality standards.

Audio Editing and Restoration:

Perform and oversee audio editing and restoration, including noise reduction, equalization, compression, and other processing.

Audio Mixing:

Mix and balance audio elements to achieve clear and consistent sound quality, including adjusting levels, panning, and spatialization.

Sound Design:

Contribute to the development and manipulation of sound effects, Foley, and background music for multimedia content.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough quality checks and ensure audio assets meet project requirements. Handle revisions and adjustments when needed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, address issues, and provide effective solutions.

Technical Support:

Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of audio equipment, software, and studio setups to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience in audio production, sound engineering, or a related field.

A bachelor's degree in music, audio engineering, or a related field.

Good command of English.

Hands-on knowledge of sound engineering and audio recording basics, including microphone setup, DAWs, signal flow, and acoustics.

Knowledge of IT systems, audio DAW software, and hardware. Experience with

Nuendo, Pro Tools, iZotope RX, Sound Forge, Adobe Creative Suite

, or similar tools is an advantage.
