หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• หา Consumer Insights หรือ Key Learnings และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อนำมาประชุมร่วมกับฝ่าย Creative และ Marketing เพื่อนำไอเดียมาพัฒนางานด้านการตลาด เช่น

การพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่

การออกแคมเปญการตลาด

การพัฒนางานด้านการสื่อสารทางการตลาดให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

• จัดทำ Social Listening Research, Brand Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Campaing Audit, Influencer Analysis

• วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิผลของกิจกรรมทางการตลาดออนไลน์ และสรุปผลเพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน (Engagement, Accquisition, Retention, and Conversion across all channels)

คุณสมบัติ

• ชาย / หญิง อายุ 25-32 ปี

• การศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาสถิติประยุกต์ เศรษฐศาสตร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการตลาดทาง Social Media อย่างน้อย 3 ปี

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ Social Monitoring Tools

Analytic Tools (Google Analytics, Google Adswords, Google Keyword Tool, Google Trend, Facebook Audience Insight, etc.)

• ชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
