Job Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Facility & Utility systems (Electrical, HVAC, Air Compressor, Water, Fire Protection, Cogeneration).

• Ensure stable utility operation to support production requirements.

• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).

• Analyze equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.

• Improve equipment reliability through TPM and continuous improvement activities.

• Identify and implement energy-saving and cost reduction projects.

• Monitor energy performance and support ISO 50001 activities.

• Lead facility improvement, renovation, and utility optimization projects.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements.

• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and overseas stakeholders.

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Management, Utility System, or Industrial Plant Engineering.

• Good knowledge of: HVAC & Air Conditioning, Compressed Air, Electrical Utility, Fire Alarm & Fire Protection, Power Generation / Cogeneration / Power Plant, Water Treatment, Energy Conservation and Energy Management in Industrial Facilities

• Knowledge of ISO 50001, ISO 14001, TPM, or Reliability Engineering is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to coordinate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and overseas stakeholders.

• Good command of English (TOEIC Score > 550).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and engineering software.
