Job Description:

• Manage the on-time preparation and submission of the GAAP to IFRS conversion FS, including coordination with auditor and relevant advisor.

• Understand/develop GAAP difference analysis and GAAP conversion worksheet.

• Understand/seek new GAAP/IFRS or other occurrence which will have significant impact to the Group's consolidated financial statements.

• Coordinate with advisors for Virtual Power Purchase Agreement (VPPA) valuation.

• Understand/seek assumptions on US market for valuations.

• Coordinate with overseas project team to fulfill all required information for the Group's consolidated financial statements.

• Coordinate with the Group's Business Development team and other parties for understanding new projects and receiving data under the agreements.

• Coordinate with advisor and auditor for completing Purchase Price Allocation (PPA).

• Support the information and work with other functions to achieve company's strategies and policy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

• 3 years of relevant experience in power business, or large infrastructure business, or financial institutions, or auditing firms.

• 3 years of international work experience, or work related to foreign companies.

• 5 years experiences in Accounting.

• Good command of English / TOEIC over 650.

• Good practice of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).

• Well knowledge of TFRS / IFRS / US GAAP / Other GAAP.

• Well knowledge of business laws & regulations, especially for public company.

• Well knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling.

• Good knowledge of major contracts in power business.
