Job Summary:

Manager - ESG Digitalization leads the design and governance of ESG digital solutions across the Group, including ESG applications, centralized databases, and dashboards. The role ensures ESG data is centralized on a single platform, consistently structured, secure, and fit-for-purpose for reporting, assurance, performance monitoring, and decision-making. This position drives adoption and utilization of ESG data and digital tools across Head Office and subsidiaries, enabling efficient workflows, improved data quality, stronger traceability, and scalable ESG management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • ESG Digital Strategy & Governance: Define and govern the ESG digitalization roadmap, ensuring alignment with ESG reporting needs, business priorities, data governance requirements, and enterprise IT architecture.
  • ESG Application Development Governance: Govern ESG-related application development (requirements, design, testing, release, and enhancements), including backlog prioritization, UAT governance, and release management, ensuring user-centric functionality, auditability, and integration with Group workflows.
  • Single Source of Truth (Centralized Platform): Govern the architecture of the Group ESG Database, ensuring all data from various business units and subsidiaries is integrated into a single, unified platform, including master data management, metadata, version control, and traceable change logs.
  • ESG Dashboard & Analytics Governance: Govern ESG dashboards and analytics products built on the ESG data platform, ensuring standardized definitions, reliable performance, and fitness for internal monitoring and external disclosure readiness.
  • Data Quality, Controls & Security: Establish and enforce controls to ensure ESG data integrity, completeness, traceability, role-based access, and cybersecurity/privacy compliance in coordination with IT and data owners.
  • Data Utilization Strategy & Change Management: Govern user onboarding, training, and change management to drive adoption across subsidiaries, monitor platform usage, and resolve barriers to utilization.
  • Cross-Functional Data Integration: Coordinate integration between ESG platforms and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR, EHS, procurement, risk management tools) to reduce manual work, strengthen consistency, and enable automated reporting where feasible.
  • Continuous Improvement & Scalability: Drive continuous improvement of ESG digital solutions by prioritizing enhancements, collecting user feedback, and ensuring scalability for expanding ESG requirements and assurance readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications in Data Management (e.g., CDMP), specialized ESG software platforms (e.g., SAP Sustainability, Salesforce Net Zero Cloud), BI tools (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst) are preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital transformation, business intelligence (BI), or managing enterprise-level data platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-entity platform implementation, data standardization, and dashboard/reporting solutions in multinational organizations.
  • Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management (SQL).
  • Direct experience in implementing ESG or EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) software solutions is preferred.
