Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes across the organization

• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews

• Analyze business performance, revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability drivers

• Support strategic planning, investment analysis, and business expansion projects

• Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to support management decision-making

• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics to identify risks and business opportunities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data

• Support annual business plans, board presentations, and investor-related analysis

• Improve financial reporting processes, automation, and data accuracy

• Assist management in evaluating new business initiatives, M&A opportunities, and capital expenditure projects

• Ensure financial analysis aligns with company policies and strategic objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields

• 3–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, audit, investment analysis, or related functions

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

• Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, or dashboard platforms is an advantage

• Good understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• CFA, CPA, or related professional qualifications are a plus
