Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate reputation of Mitr Phol Group through the utilization of media relations and PR in order to strengthen corporate image.
• Propose corporate communications plan, policy, and strategy. Ensure that plan and strategy is consistent, reflecting organization’s strategic vision and focus on corporate sustainability.
• Oversee sound execution of communications, PR, and media relations activities of the Group.
• Develop and plan corporate events/ local community programs.
• Provide support to business units in relation to PR and branding.
• Develop an internal communication plan to increase understanding and alignment among employees on the organization’s vision, values, priorities, and direction.
• Advise executives; develop theirs and spokespersons’ skills in media handling through customized trainings.
• Take charge in managing communication flow and media control for proper handling of issues and crisises.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, media, journalism. Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of work experience in communications in large organizations. Prior experience in PR agency is beneficial.
• At least 5 years in managerial level with proven quality of an inclusive leader.
• High degree of professionalism with ability to thrive in demanding environment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
