We are seeking a highly driven Retail Area Operations Manager to lead the operational performance, commercial growth, and customer experience standards across a cluster of retail stores. This role acts as the key strategic driver in the field, ensuring each store operates efficiently, delivers premium service, and aligns with brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Oversee adherence to store SOPs, stock accuracy, and financial integrity.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and quality execution.

Sales Growth & Active Selling Leadership

• Analyze area-level performance to drive sales and elevate conversion rates and ATV.

• Implement strategies that transform service teams into high-engagement active sellers.

• Partner with Store Managers to identify revenue opportunities and execute improvement plans.

People Leadership & Talent Development

• Coach and empower Store Managers to operate autonomously and effectively.

• Drive workforce planning, succession readiness, and staff capability development.

• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and brand ambassadorship.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure consistent delivery of premium service and visual merchandising excellence.

• Uphold strong brand storytelling and heritage through regular staff coaching.

Inventory Management & Stock Flow Optimization

• Manage slow-moving inventory through transfers or re-merchandising.

• Ensure productive replenishment, accurate stock flow, and minimized shrinkage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-store retail operations (fashion/premium retail preferred).

• Proven success in driving sales, operational excellence, and team leadership.

• Strong knowledge of SOPs, workforce planning, inventory processes, and retail systems (POS, ERP, analytics).

• Language proficiency: Fluent Thai. English, Mandarin, or Japanese language skills are an advantage.
