ShobShop Media is a Social Media Company connecting with over 19 million followers nationwide through our network of pages, including ShobPro, Shobkin, and ShobBeauty across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as the ShobPro application. We are actively expanding into new business models, including Owned Media, Affiliate, and B2B Partnerships.

Role OverviewThis role covers two key dimensions: (1) managing existing social media channels—including operations, content, and financial performance, and (2) identifying new business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and driving business expansion. This position is ideal for someone who excels both as a detail-oriented operator and a strategic deal-maker who can see the big picture to drive new growth.

Key Responsibilities:Existing Business – Social Media & Content

• Oversee the overall business performance of Social Media Channels, focusing on content, community, and revenue.

• Define content strategies and posting calendars aligned with Brand Voice and follower/engagement growth targets.

• Manage page P&L, driving revenue growth from existing Ad Packages, Affiliate programs, and Brand Partnerships.

• Analyze performance data (Engagement, Reach, Revenue) to optimize monthly and quarterly strategies.

New Business – Expansion & Partnership

• Research and analyze new business opportunities leveraging company assets (Reach, Community, Data).

• Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential partners (brands, platforms, strategic partners).

• Develop Business Cases, Proposals, and Financial Models to pitch new business opportunities to executive leadership.

• Lead and pilot new business projects from inception through performance evaluation.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Social Commerce and Media to spot new expansion avenues.

Team Collaboration & Operations

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Content, Design, Sales Teams for both core operations and new business projects.

• Work with Content and Policy & Ad teams to deliver work that meets targets and complies with Meta/TikTok Community & Ad Standards.

• Prepare executive summary reports for the Chief of Commercial covering both operations and expansion progress.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Business, or Business Development.

• Proven experience in P&L management or overseeing business unit performance.

• Proven track record in partner/brand negotiations and closing deals independently.

• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok metrics, with the ability to guide content strategy from a business perspective.

• Ability to conduct market analysis and build Financial Models / Business Cases independently.

• High comfort level with ambiguity, capable of seamlessly switching between managing core operations and building new business.

Nice to Have (Plus+)

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce, or Social Commerce.

• Background in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy.
